Many concepts and institutions; especially those which continue to evolve in time, have ‘human wishes’ as the starting point.
If we apply ‘psychoanalysis ‘ to these concepts, we face common wishes of humanity that could not come true during her childhood
Such as:
Freedom: Arises from the wish of not being bounded.
Free will: Arises from the wish of being able to make choices which will serve to our both short and long term benefits.
Success: Arises from the wish of being valued by society to get a bigger portion than the others.
Democracy: Arises from the wish of having control over those who rule us.
Secularity: Arises from the wish of not obeying those who use God’s name to rule.
Right: Arises from the wish of everyone earning in the proportion of power, skills and competencies
Left: Arises from the wish of more powerful people not using us for their own good.
Identity: Arises from the wish of making a stable society through similarities of members.
Justice: Arises from the wish of making a stable society through the equal rights of everybody.
Universal values: Arises from the wish of making a stable society through the total acceptance of differences.
