A friend of mine marked it as the “Constitution of the Individual” once. It is these four lines that I had written forty years ago and remember from time to time and try to stick to it:
One day, if I can turn back and look at this very day,
There will be nothing that I will have regrets for
For I have dedicated all my power to every offered moment
For I have lived every offered moment with full conscious.
