We Are Not Independent From Our Era

Sometimes we hear people criticizing those who behaved wrongly – with todays values – in the past especially if they were the part of the great majority: “If I had lived at that time, I would not have behaved like them”

This is not very meaningful for he would not be the same person he is today, if he had lived at that time.
